In today’s world you have to wear many hats to be successful. I started out working for my father about 21 years ago, as a manufactured home installer. After many years of doing this, I knew there would come a day when Dad would have to slow down and retire from the family business. That day came all too soon and Dad asked me to take over the day to day operations of the manufactured home dealership. First things first, I went to school to get my contractor’s license. I also obtained my certifications needed to become a manufactured homes saleperson as well as a manufactured home dealer. As you can tell by my story I wear several hats. I can sell you a home, set-up your new home, and also do most repairs needed on your home.
